When i was in primary school, I was the 'straighr A kid' my reports would always be perfect and i was in top set for basically everything. Then in year 8 and 9 my grades dropped. I was getting 12% in tests and no mattter how hard i revised i just couldnt get good grades. This year its my first year of GCSE (year 10) and im having an academic comeback but im so tired. In the last 2 weeks i have gotten 24/24 in chemistry, 13/15 in Social studies, 11/12 in my english language essay, and 23/25 in geography. Academic Validation>>>

out of my parent's three kids, I was the only one that gets honor roll. I'm the one with good grades, the model child. I'm also the one with SH scars and the one that almost passed out every day from an ED for half a year. Yeah. . .

i settled for ‘ok’ years ago, but ive just started exam prep(getting ready for my first exams, im a scottish 4th year (14/15))the gifted kid came back strong but im a chronic procrastinator so its just been dread, i try to convince others (and myself) that i dont care, im laid back and easy going but this just has me done, ive never had to study before, noones putting pressure on me except me!
i sorta relate to this haha currently having important exams and not many people are really expecting much from me tbh cause i tend to pretend that all is fine and im not under any stress but the pressure from self is real 😮💨anyways all the best for your papers!!
guys im so fuckin sorry for what you are going through but i finally made it. i escaped the hell hole that is being burnt out. i got out. im once again only getting 95 and higher. i got student of the month. im practicing to go to a competition for orchestra. the pain and fewr is still hear that im gonna enter that hell hole once again. its truly inescapable. it happened in 6th and i escaped in 7th. im barely in middle school. i know the minute i enter highschool its gonna be repeated. and again when i enter college. its gonna be a repetitive cycle with no end.
People tell me i try to hard, and everyone praises me in my class. But when i got a bad a grade, i will cry in class or hide my grade. Im nothing without good grades.

After being labeled as the gifted kid, since elementary, being in all the smart classes and honors classes. Now I’m a HS student barely holding onto my sanity while trying to maintain perfect grades !!!! I’m also slowly starting to not give a crap anymore. It’s so hard, and I’m so tired. Doesn’t help when the girl in Spanish my so called friend shows off her perfect scores on tests. And how A2 is such an easy math class while I’m in A prep because I have no motivation I work so damn hard to get the Spanish grade I have now, study so hard to get those perfect scores on tests and quizzes. And yes, I still have that gifted kid label…. 😕 I CRAVE academic validation man! (Sorry for the vent btw)

I got 95.25% in my last exam and it was extremely disappointing to me T-T I might sound like an ungrateful person but i was more disappointed that i became third cause i am usually first. Also i am naturally smart i mean i was so i just used to read the morning of the exam but this term i am workint for getting 100% :)

Im good in english and music, and I've had 10 (A) on both of them for three- four years straight, and i do not want to change that but ive cried thrice in the middle of class because of a bad number.
i go to my grades, see a *99* cumulative, and i get worried, even a little disappointed. i get rigor points for my advanced honors and ap classes, so most of my grades were 100-102 ... and then i get disappointed that i'm being so hard on myself!?
I am doing ACCA this year. After 1 year I got my diploma. And it is not easy for me to come back. I feel disappointed about myself because of the progress test and mock I failed :(
