This is one of the best House I’ve seen in terms of space. They have spacious rooms, bathrooms and I like the idea of shower cubicles which lacks in so many others. The bathroom gets messy when you shower in the open corner without that enclosed cubicle.
The only con is on the price. 15M would be a great offer/price tag.

It's not about what's the house is worth, it's common sense that all ready made houses are normally priced at more than double the cost of building. Hence, it's all about willing buyer willing seller. For example, one person is willing and ready to pay kes. 150/- for a 300ml bottle of coca-cola at Eka hotel while the same bottle goes for kes.50/- at Nextgen mall which is right opposite Eka hotel.
