Paradise kiss is my first josei genre anime and i like it. Its also rare to see a good transwoman representation in anime or manga. Some hate the ending because George and Yukari didnt end up together. But I like the ending. Its realistic because theyre relationship is kinda toxic from the start. Anyway, Hiro is a better match to Yukari. I also think that George end up with Isabella or Kaori. I like this author's writing. I will check out her manga too.
You should really read the manga, since the anime is only a fraction of the show. You mentioned Isabella first -he isn't trans. In the manga he admits himself that he only dresses in feminine clothing for the sake of fashion, and in a manga sketch about the characters' relationships, the author refers to Isabella as a guy. And then you mentioned Hiro, they get married in the manga! :3
I enjoyed this video and paradise kiss is one of my favorite realistic anime shows ever just be yourself and don't pretend to be something else for someone who doesn't care about your happiness because you won't be happy that way
