You get what you pay for. My Eagle Eyes are not yet 2 years old and the plating is flaking off. I have Ray Ban and many others over 10 years old and never had that happen. The warranty by the way is only a year. Definitely not to be confused with brands who stand behind their products like Costa and Maui Jim. More revenge of the Chinese on America I think.
