This photo has slight photoshop, but is absolutely consistent with a known photo of Hartford Clark in her stroller, also one with Beau Clark holding her.I have no doubt they are one and the same child.
Whatever the facts regarding thios instance, ANY parent who loans out their child to be complicit in a fraud should be charged with child exploitation.

I agree with you wholeheartedly! Those kids do not need titles as US residents. Since they have neither know or have met any other members of the royal family its not likely they'll ever need those titles.

Kinsey, that photo of Diana was taken in 1992 when Charles and Diana visited Canada. They visited my university for its 150th just before this photo was taken when they met up with the royal yacht in Toronto.

A commenter on another post states that the man has a side part in his hair and his hair is straight instead of curly, and he has no beard or mustache.
