Yes overall, oficially its only 50.000 flats occupied all over Spain. But you can see tons of flats in idealistia that are on sale and were occupied. The government is woke. Any of the latin american sister countries can just get residency in Spain. That brings a lot of crime. The organized okupa-mafia being one of them. The housing along the cost has one of the worst building codes. A lot of the building codes are atrocious. The lack of architecture is a true problem for me personally - but that doesn't matter as an investment. I could go on. But no need. you no globalproperties, you know how to research. I can be 100% certain you never invested in Spain and never will. Spain remains uninvestable.

You have one building built that is unable to be filled so another two are etected in front of it because surely someone will see the benefit in buying that one before it's finished. You know how many half built and unfinished buildings there are in Albania? One if my favorites, an unfinished casino, is on the way from Tirana Rinas Airport to Tirana downtown...where uts been a two hours trip for more than four years now. Whats the distance from point to point? Even if the population everywhere continues on its regular course (unless a new "pandemic" occurs) Albania is expected to have HALF the population it does now in 20 years.
