    I just found out that Spain has free Colleges . I have triplet boys that are 10 and I'm doing my research now. Most people I tell didn't know about free college and have a hard time believing that there's a way to afford college for their children. Could you help me find out what is needed for people from the United States to go to school in Spain? This could be a good business idea to get people to buy property in Spain

      From what I've read the public universities aren't free for international students but still quite inexpensive compared to US universities! I wonder what level of immigration status might allow your kids to get the universities for the native cost?

    Does it have piblic transit to any major cities?

    • @Karl__Pierre
      @Karl__Pierre  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, Pego does have public transit options to major cities. While Pego itself is a small town, it is reasonably well-connected by bus services to larger nearby cities such as Alicante and Valencia. For more direct travel, private shuttles and taxi services are available and can be used to reach nearby train stations or directly travel to major cities.

    Hi, I'm german, living currently in the USA, but have spent most of my life nearby Pego. I know the Costa Blanca very well and I'm planning to move back. But unfortunately the market for houses went up so much in the past 10 years, that i can't afford it anymore. Have you got any advice for me?

    • @Karl__Pierre
      @Karl__Pierre  ปีที่แล้ว

      Firstly how much is too much, secondly if you are currently in the USA take advantage of your time here to work more and aggressively get more cash. I've seen properties in pego move in ready for 35k. Oliva about 100k. I think it's still possible.

      So you can take the train as far as Gandía but then you take a bus the rest of the way. It is all included in one ticket that you would buy from the train company Renfe. Train and bus service throughout Spain is great.

      @ENTPLIFE I'm looking into buying cash flowing assets. Specifically from distressed business owners who are willing to structure the deal entirely from their cash flow. So they would allow me to take over te business and pay for it from its existing cashflow.

    Surprised because there was no traffic on a weekend at three pm? Make the same journey from Monday to Friday during Spanish working hours. Don't you see many older people? People are at home, where do you want them to be? Those houses that you advertise so cheap do not exist. If the first to like them existed, they would be the Spaniards themselves and not foreign speculators. Hospitals are public, to be treated you have to have worked and paid contributions in Spain. Pego is a simple town with town life, an essential condition, speak Spanish.
