Looks like you ended up with an aluminum fabricated intake instead of the plastic intake you were mocking it up with? This turned out great! And looks like you used the auto trans flex plate instead of a manual flywheel?? Would it be better to use the flywheel??
I have a question about the fuel system. I am using the same type set up in an 94 Ultra but the way your is set up is the reverse of mine. It looks like you are putting the fuel in the outlet side of the filter. Is that correct?

You could tell the oil pump was new cause the blue gasket on the cover and the fact the pump wasn’t varnished. Great project 😎

Good catch! I did have it flipped! But I swapped them over when we were turning it over on first start up
