I should have waited to comment, but I logged/deactivated IG for about 4 months & felt so good. I am one that started feeling down bc my life doesn’t seem as fun, exciting or put together as others. While I am happy for others, it just makes me feel like I’m so far behind in life and etc. So I def needed time to changed my mindset before getting back on.
