yes the lotion contains water so it can grow bacteria in the toe nails so i use like a body butter for like a foot balm or any moisturizer with no water if im wearing shoes or socks

Love your videos! So relaxing! One thing that I learned since having my 4 month old girl is that pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should avoid retinol products. Plus just randomly on the side there are also a lot of essential oils that are unsafe for babies, like peppermint and eucalyptus. I was about to use a balm when I couldn’t breathe that good or peppermint oil on my temples for headache and looked it up before. It’s giving we can’t have anything breastfeeding 🫠🫠🫠
