You are so very correct. In addition to all of the CSA cases, which tops the Catholic church, making this the most dangerous cult there is, I also have overwhelming amounts of proof about this cult. Their jehovah isn't the same Jehovah in the King James bible. Notice I spelled the first jehovah with a little "j". As in little g god. I left a really long comment, to which I went into great detail about this cult and who the higher ups really worship. Sometimes my comments gets deleted because I expose too much truth, so if you don't see it, that is why. My info was so long, I had to break it up into 2 separate comments. But, it's packed full of facts that many don't know about, but i do because I have spent years and many hours researching this cult, that ruined my childhood. I am a victim of CSA as well from a married elder. He abused my ex-jw friend, who was 2 years younger than me and he tried to force himself onto a young, married female who was working in the office at a kingdom hall. My long-term, highly indoctrinated jw mom told me that there is nothing that she could see or hear that would convince her to leave her cult. In other words, she outright chooses to worship Satan! Because that is exactly who the higher ups serves, along with many other little g gods. Sun gods, Saturn, goddesses, Ba'al, the Baphomet, Ra the sun god, are just a few of who they all serve. This is why there are so many CSA cases and this is why they protect the pedos. Satan is running the show in this cult!

If a company is used for crimes that occurred before its present leadership held office, the company must still pay and the current leadership must still represent the company, though not personally. However, if the court subpoenas the list of pedophiles that the Governing Body holds in the files, and the Governing Body refuses to turn it over, then the current members of the Governing Body become responsible and can be jailed for noncompliance with the subpeona.

I wonder really how prevalent CSA is in the JW organisation. Im a JW of some 35 yrs in Australia - but faded admittedly- and Ive never heard of any CSA in my dealings. But like any organisation where males are in positions of self appointed "unquestioned authority", it's bound to occur. The so called "two witness" rule the JW leadership seem to stubbornly adhere to is clearly mostly inappropriate in CSA claims and I fail to understand their illogical adherence to this given that this "law" was but one of hundreds of Mosaic laws specifically for Israelites and we know that christians are NOT bound by those same laws as such and have a degree of flexibility on how to apply those rules in principle in everyday life. Jesus re-iterated certain laws to live by - dont murder, lie etc along the lines of the 10 commandments and added the two overarching rules to love God with all your heart and love your neighbour as yourself. Other rules are to be applied as principles so as not to get bogged down in words etc. So I fully do not see why this blind adherence specifically to the " two witness rule" because christians do have the flexibility to modify its application to suit the occasion. The stubbornness of the JW leadership is creating unnecessary issues and must surely make the average JW wonder just how "guided by God " they really are. Then again, with the power the GB exerts, most JWs will accept virtually anything they say no matter how outlandish.

It says, "19 Do not entertain an accusation against an elder, except on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 20 But those who persist in sin should be rebuked in front of everyone, so that the others will stand in fear of sin." I'm glad that I looked it up and re-read it because I've just now noticed something. It's this: This instruction is given specifically regarding any accusation regarding an "elder". So, even if Watchtower wants to use it to shield pedophiles, it can only sheild ELDERS who are pedophiles, not ministerial servants or others of the congregation !!! (...not that it should be used to shield pedophile elders either, of course.)
