Because truth to be told, Hate Never Dies was and still is a really difficult level where you have to face few smaller bosses like Apocalipsis, Mother Demon or Flesh Golem before the Rotten Icon of Sin. The Mission Impossible: KILL THEM ALL is a semi-secret level that has to be accessed from the... credits map when you finish the Hate Never Dies, when you are at the Throne Room at the end of the Cast map with credits. Right to the Kronos there is a red teleporter and a switch to activate it, together with some ammunition, weapons and a backpack to grab, you need all of those because you are going to face multiple bosses from now. You are teleported back to the same map where The Icon of Sin Is Dead map takes place, just after the events of DOOM II Hell On Earth, a city map just after a purged Hell Invasion from the events of the game. The main change of course was removing all preplaced monsters from the original map and adding lots of the bosses from the AfterDoom, including the main bosses, side bosses and joke bosses like Adolf from Wolf3D. It makes the run more difficult, plus the skybox is not the same as before as it is certainly far more dark than before to make it a little more difficult to spot the bosses way harder, you can run to them accidentally. Thankfully map is full of ammo that replenish over the time due to the amount of bosses and increased difficulty, some of the bosses are really easy like a frail Battlelord or Flesh Golem while huge Icons are not a joke. The ending takes place in the same spot as before, but before you need to eliminate all AfterDoom bosses to open the gates to the teleporter, that's just a dozen and some other enemies to take care.
Ohhh boy so many boss monsters. Meaning more to slay for the doom slayer This mapset by the way is one of the hardest mapset i have seen yet. Who ever made did an impressive job even for all of the boss monsters as well
Whoa! Amazing work! This level and the preceding one are definitely the ending(s) that we all wished for back in the day when the original games first came out! This actually gives the final boss his due.
No hate for those who enjoy the over the top power fantasy but lol at how unbalanced these mods are. You took zero damage most of the time, while four-shooting bosses and one-shooting barons and mancs, all in a safe open area. Not challenging enough to be fun, for me at least.
I respect your opinion but I must disagree - if one plays a lot, some movements and attack patterns become trivial and easy to avoid. It's just a strategy, if I immediately jumped in between Maledict, Thalez, Apocaliptis, Icon of Sin, Spider Mastermind and Arachnorb I would be dead quickly because some attacks are pretty much instakill.
As awesome as this might is, I still have to say how disappointed in seeing you not kill every creature on the board. When it comes to hell on earth or hell as a reason to destroy mankind, I will remove every single entity from earth to make it peaceful again. Not trying to be super hard-core, just want to mention the fact that the least of everything you can do when playing any kind of game when it comes to erasing hell, is to make sure that every single opponent is gone off the map.😂😂😂

The Doom engine just doesn't seem very practical for supermassive boss implementation. Past a certain point, you kind of just need a 3D model.
