Safe* ones as well...some of these look like the blade would snap if the lock up didn't fail first. You could get 5 ka-bar dozier folding hunters for the price of this box and those are great knives.. 4 buck 112 slim select for $100 again great..loved the video though

@@bigsean2473 I know before I had a chance to my first Benchmade I would buy ganzos because they was easy to sharpen and it's not a big deal if you beat up a ganzo

Stick with an expensive knife that will never see hard use because tou are scared to damage it,a CRKT knife a and similar brand is just perfect in my opinion

Actually, the knife/lighter is kinda awesome. I could use that when I'm smoking crack. That blade looks perfect for slicing & dividing the rocks, then right on top of the brillo in the straight shooter they go...and then bam! Switch to the lighter! Pure genius!

I ordered something similar to this about 10 years ago from a shopping network. Not the highest quality knives, but all were sharp, had tight hit and held their edge. I still carry one in each of my cars, have in my workshop and gave several to friends. I paid less than $100.

I would love to know what the majority of nylon to brass washers in that bunch. Some of the liner lockup bars are way past safe, you're a brave soul to engage/disengage them. Thanks for the, "Hell no, they ain't get my money" video.

I actually like the ridge runner knives
Some of those would be great for practicing mods. I actually liked the wolf 🐺 and 🐉 dragon knives. I'd trying to strip the yellow crap off the blade,do an acid and stonewash, and sand/prime & hand paint the wolf handle with enamel paint. Something besides white & gold.
I have to agree with SJ Smith... I'd have popped for a Bradford Guardian 3 Sheepsfoot or a $60 CRJB & $40 Kershaw or any number of safe budget knives that you can sell or trade later.

Australian Customs would confiscate the whole box and destroy it before you even saw it; and fine you in the process. There’s about 2-3 manually opening knives that may get through. None of the self-opening or one handed opening knives would see the light of day over here.
That is terrible. I hope laws like that never see the light of day here.
I would only buy a "Mystery Box" if there was actually a chance (however slim) that it might include at least one decent knife among the 36. This does not appear to be the case with BUDK.
If you care about looks and only open boxes and blister packs with your knife those are really fun looking and you can carry a different one everyday,kind of neat in a way you have got enough of them to not have to sharpen any of them for months

Honestly do you do give aways of these bad knives? I'm looking for a cheap toss knife for my friend so I can give her a bad one and then follow it up with the real present plus some of these seemed interesting
IMO I don’t think people shouldn’t be so upset with the quality of the knives. Like yea I get if you’re super serious about your knives then you wouldn’t want to get these, but for people who don’t mind doing something just to have a little fun with their collection and getting some gimmicky knives for cheap I think it’s a great thing to do. And after all if a cheapo knife can cut the tape of the box of you nice high end knife can you really complain too much?
Exactly. These are $3 a pop so it’s hard to complain. They can do light duty stuff just fine and if you lose it, oh well. Grab another $3 knife from the box.

You can get any of these knives in any gas station for like 15$ and less.
This is literally only for someone who runs a stall at a farmers market. But a few boxes of knives, and then turn around and sell the knife for $10 to 12 year olds who are there with their parents. Make $260 per box.
