Let me tell you, LOL, I used to be a maintenance guy and I remember setting my wrench in one of the milking stalls and every single girl stopped to investigate. It was really funny watching them
I really enjoy your channel! You show actual work and explain what's going on. Most other FarmTubers stop doing so when they get bigger and just turn into influencers. Great work, keep it up!
Eric, congrats on the FRONT PAGE of the Lancaster Farming newspaper. I grew up on my neighbor's dairy farm ( smaller, old school 30 cows) and my wife grew up on a dairy farm. We both know about the hard work and the care needed for good milk production. Happy cows equal increased milk. Nice you are able to show the other folks what really happens on the farm. Jeff
I think one of the main things I've learnt from watching this and other farm channels on youtube is just how curious cows are. They always seem to want to know what's going on
Got my merch today, shipping was pretty quick! Received 5 days after ordering, I hope it helps support the channel and keep up the good work. I love the fact that you really care about the comfort of your cows, you do mention it in like %50 of your videos. Considering they are your livelihood it makes sense to keep them as happy as possible. Take care!!
Eric I can totally relate to the cows being slow in this hot weather. It is 10:30 am and we are already at 30C. I have gardening to do but hey I just noticed 10th Generation Dairy Man put out a new video so I suppose I could stay inside in the AC for just a bit longer.....
Love watching "Eric The 10th Generation Dairyman"!!! You guys and your family are the best. We here in Pennsylvania sure do appreciate your family and all your hard work!!! Got my 10th Gen hat this morning in the mail ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!
You rock...You are the best farmer I've seen on the web. You're on top of everything...you family should be real proud that you managed to take control and keep everything in tip top shape and clean.
Nice your parents got a holiday. Hope they enjoyed themselves and got a rest. Nice to see you’re getting some rain. Crops are looking great! So exciting for the new build, that new door slides smooth. Things are moving right along, congratulations! Blessings to your family.
I just got done reading about you in the paper. Love the channel and keep up the good work. I have always wanted to own a dairy farm so I am saving for it. I plan to post videos of it on my channel. My family started small in farming and we are growing. Thank you for the joys of watching your channel. -A fellow farmer from Somerset County
Thought the previous "intro's" were just fine. It will be interesting to see what you come up with. The corn looks great. Who knew I'd ever be interested in how some ones corn is doing. Just wasn't on my radar. Now it is. For you and many others. Hoping for the best for you and the corn. Thank you for sharing.
The new barn is almost done. Very exciting!! Looking fwd to seeing it in operation. Also looking fwd to any time lapse vids you took of the construction. Take care & stay safe. Cheers
Man. You do more work, in one day, than my entire family does in a month. And there are six in my family. It makes me feel like I should be doing way more than I do. Thanks for all you do, it’s a privilege watching your videos. Who knew some Vegas guy would love watching your videos. Keep up the good work and work ethics.
Keep up the good work, and I also like you opening it was cool, and glad you got all your head locks and rails, and glad to see the new barn coming along just fine, and soon you can start using it,
Back in the day I was doing just what you are doing on the farm. I wish I was still doing as such. Love to be working with you and your dad but old age is challenging. Now I just watch to keep up to date with current affairs. I know back in the day I could work easily with a teem like yours and your dad. KEEP WELL! I will keep watching your awesome channel......Thanks
Eric your girls are the healthiest and happiest on the entire internet. Y'all do a great job with them. It is no wonder we have the best milk in the world here in America.
congrats on the new calves! i have to say that as much as the kubota has been growing on me i recognize that 90% of its awesomeness is the driver... i had full confidence inYou with those heavy head stalls, yet did hold my breath forYa a couple times... keep up the terrific work! i appreciate you
Eric I totally respect you and your operation. Farmers/ranchers are one of the largest groups of unsung heroes of this world. But I still can’t wrap my head around removing new born calves from their mamas right after calving. I have since found other dairy operations that keep the calves with the mothers for a bit and they report it’s benefits to both the mamas and their calves. I’m relieved that some do keep new pairs together for a bit.
Another great video, thank you. Great to see the new barn almost to completion, got a package in the mail today with my brand new 10th GEN T-shirt, love the artwork, keep up the great work, glad you guys got some rain, we could really use some of that out here in California.
Let it play with all the commercials all the way through go back through and skip the commercials and watch it a second time and that will help and that will help him out.
Thank you for being so honest. When your dad got hurt you could have done the cringe clickbait and made a stupid face with your dad holding his shoulder with a dumb title like Dad got hurt! But you didn't. I don't think most even knew he had gotten hurt till after his surgery. You got so many subs without clickbait. Without overdone thumbnails. Without an intro/outro. Thank you so much!
Honestly, I think this is one reason I treasure this sub. I've tried some of the more clickbaitery farm vlogs and just groaned and said nope. I don't want overdone, over-blown exaggeration. I'm enjoying seeing just good, honest hard work here.
New subscriber. I’ve been watching The Hoof GP, the Midwestern guy, and Nate for a while now and for some reason you popped up in my feed. I can’t believe how clean and nice looking your cows are. I never realized how friendly cows were until watching GP. I can’t say that I’ve actually watched the farming end of it but it looks like a lot of work, so congratulations to you for continuing on with the family business. they took all our dairy farms away in Southern California and seems like they replaced them with housing. Keep up the good work!
I was just thinking that you had not said anything lately about any new calves and here today you have 2 new ones. With the head stalls and everything in it won't be long now before the new barn is finished
Love the intro 😂🤣😂🤣💯. By the way nice job inviting Landon over while was close by. Maybe a farm tour like that is worth a small jug of maple syrup....just sayin wink wink nudge nudge. Looking after the up and coming is the best thing anyone can do to make our country strong and secure. Thanks Eric.
Those ladies are totally in trust of you, but I can understand there qualm about the heat. Were in the Colorado desert, were 108 in some places, Kansas area are 100 but the humidity is almost the same. So I'm thankful for dry heat.
Hey, went to visit a college buddy for his annual bday and 4th celebration in litiz….the corn and soy beans look well ahead of last year. Not a farmer but crops look good. Well beyond the knee high. We saw corn 5 or 6 feet high. Hard to see the new barn, but the heifers were rambunctious lol! I think they know they are getting new accommodations! Wish you all the luck! We will drive by next year! I should edit this and say, we are not crazy people, we don’t stop or try to talk, we are just fans lol, not creepers. Dive by once a year, since we are two hours away in wilkes-barre. My wife gsays she doesn’t know how your female milker does it lol! She said the liquid manure would be her breaking point! Love the channel! Keep it up!0
Imagine telling your kids that you bought a mega sized pill shooter that projects large pills at a high velocity down the throats of its victims. Asserting dominance over children has never been easier.
I hope you keep the bull calf I’m twelve and i bought a Angus calf today that is 3 and a half months old, I’ve seen to many bull calves killed in Australia the price has shot through the roof.
Something we do when giving are cows that calcium pill is after we pull the pill injector out is hold there head up a little so it doesn’t come back out. We have had the pill come back out after walking away from it and not realizing it. Plus u don’t want those pills to break or they are no good and just waste time and money.
The cows are so interested in cameras. I heard they like music. Eric set them up with relaxation music.
Something mooving, perhaps. :)
Let me tell you, LOL, I used to be a maintenance guy and I remember setting my wrench in one of the milking stalls and every single girl stopped to investigate. It was really funny watching them
@@birdfeeding Not too much mooving, or you get milkshakes
Maybe they will produce more milk if he plays music.
Cow kisses 😘
Congratulations on the front page Lancaster Farming article today!
Forgot to say we dairy farm in the north eastern corner of Maryland a little over an hour south of you. we enjoy your videos.
Nice
Haven't gotten mine yet, usually slow to get up here to Maine. Looking forward to seeing it.
I really enjoy your channel! You show actual work and explain what's going on. Most other FarmTubers stop doing so when they get bigger and just turn into influencers. Great work, keep it up!

My friend, I hope you are blessed to still be milking when you leave this earth! We have lost EVERY DAIRY in 3 connected counties!
Good job Eric your doing on your farm
I am very impressed with your constant awareness of what needs to be done .
Nice intro! You should do that more often. 😂😁
Yeah I thought that was pretty good.😆
Liked the introduction!! The cows sure like to investigate the camera when coming out of the parlor.Always like to see the little calf’s.
I think one of the main things I've learnt from watching this and other farm channels on youtube is just how curious cows are. They always seem to want to know what's going on

I particularly like the “no hands” manipulation of the scrape pit lid. 😊

The cows leaving the milking parlor checking out the camera was awesome 👍😂
Super job,,,no couch potato in this farm...and we like your kindness to the cows...
I thought I was watching Cole the Cornstar on the intro. That cow at the start of the video sure looked contented. Love your channel.
Nice your parents got a holiday. Hope they enjoyed themselves and got a rest. Nice to see you’re getting some rain. Crops are looking great! So exciting for the new build, that new door slides smooth. Things are moving right along, congratulations! Blessings to your family.

Congratulation on the article in the Lancaster farmer. I always enjoy seeing how the building is coming together
All the cows after they got milked looking or touching the camera really got me ❤️
You guys take great care of your animals, nice to see.
Another good one, always something to do on a farm. Keep em’ coming! Thanks🙏👍
"Eggs and bacon if you were wondering". As a matter of fact I was.
I asked that like a year ago, the answer I got was "Eggs". LOL
Me too. I was immediately jealous. Those days are over for me. (Heart disease, aging sucks plus never did the work of a farmer.)
Jakie kurde jajka ?
I read this when he said it
Haha, nice intro. Love how every cow checks out the camera.
The new barn is almost done. Very exciting!! Looking fwd to seeing it in operation. Also looking fwd to any time lapse vids you took of the construction. Take care & stay safe. Cheers
Got my shirt today. Your sister's ship as fast as Amazon. Nice shirt. Love the video keep safe
That intro was gold 😂

Nice into Eric. New building is coming along nicely. Thanks, John
Got my hat in the mail today, and now a video to go with it :)
Thanks for bringing us along!
Keep up the good work, and I also like you opening it was cool, and glad you got all your head locks and rails, and glad to see the new barn coming along just fine, and soon you can start using it,

Won't be long till you are using your new barn now!
you guys sure like your underground pits and pipes. I like to keep everything on top, easier to unclog
Every time I watch these farm videos, I gain a wealth more respect and thanks for all they do!
I like how you did it similar to cool the corn star just for the heck of it
congrats on the new calves! i have to say that as much as the kubota has been growing on me i recognize that 90% of its awesomeness is the driver... i had full confidence inYou with those heavy head stalls, yet did hold my breath forYa a couple times... keep up the terrific work! i appreciate you
Thanx for the hat and shirt. Very satisfied with the entire process and the quality of the merch.
"Man may work from dusk to dawn but a farmer's work is never done." A little change on an old saying.
Lol love the intro. Trust me I don't have the energy of Cole the Cornstar
I thought Eric's style of introduction sounded familiar! ^_^ 👍
Nice watching the process of the new barn , thanks !
Drove though your state of Penn recently. Awesome state, great small town Americana folks!!!
Manure scrapping, my favorite!
Good breakfast. Start the day out right. I'm sure it included a cup of coffee with fresh cream. Yummers.
Great video! That was a lot of fertilizer you put on the pit.
Just think if you were here in Vegas it's been 90s for low temp and 120s for the high all week. Its 930 right now and it's still 107° outside

Wow that's a long place you scraped, your barn will be open soon woot! I like you clean up your equipment good job

Great video. I was watching PA Farm Kid and it was awesome to see you host them for a visit to your farm. Very inspirational.
Keep up the good work love the cole the cornstar intro😅
Been awhile since we had a video starting with milking. Missed them videos
I think it's fun when you get spicy!
Your intro made me laugh
Very fast shipping on the merch! Thanks!
thank you just answered my question... i didn't think the milk goes in production right away
When will you dehorn the calf. Perhaps you could make video of the process of dehorning and burning of the horn tissue to prevent horns from growing.
awesome video Eric. Thank you so much for letting us into you everyday chores..Thank you bud
Glad to see you are getting some rain.
Awesome video, man! Love to see farm life 😍
Let it play with all the commercials all the way through go back through and skip the commercials and watch it a second time and that will help and that will help him out.

Easily the best dairy farming channel on TH-cam.
Cows are curious! I never knew. Several checked out your camera. 😀☝️
Great video man keep up the good work and i love your gmc truck.
I was just thinking that you had not said anything lately about any new calves and here today you have 2 new ones. With the head stalls and everything in it won't be long now before the new barn is finished

Yes that was a great thing. We love Landon's channel. Great young man.
All your cows and calves look so good, keep up your great work!
I have been subscribed for a long time now and it still blows my mind at what an undertaking poop management is.
I can't swallow a pill that big.
Good news it's a suppository. 😂😂
Looks like Surdy-built headlocks and gates. Makes sense since their local to you.
Those ladies are totally in trust of you, but I can understand there qualm about the heat. Were in the Colorado desert, were 108 in some places, Kansas area are 100 but the humidity is almost the same. So I'm thankful for dry heat.
You should sale calendars of your best girls.
I would buy one.
Great idea John! "Cowendars"...with stats. Takes lots of work, but would be a goal for 2022! Maybe a project for one of your girls?
Hey, went to visit a college buddy for his annual bday and 4th celebration in litiz….the corn and soy beans look well ahead of last year. Not a farmer but crops look good. Well beyond the knee high. Love seeing the new babies! I was wondering you had to hand scrape at the end! Nope, that was pretty cool
Love your vids keep up the great work!
Yes!! Love it! Thank you!
Just received one of your new shirts. They are great! Classy design and well-made.
I've got a couple of kids that don't like taking pills. That Pill Shooter thingy would come in handy. 🤓
That is really very funny. A pil shooter comes in handy for that too.
Imagine telling your kids that you bought a mega sized pill shooter that projects large pills at a high velocity down the throats of its victims. Asserting dominance over children has never been easier.
One my cats that has daily tablets just eats them
Lmao when he goes , ugh its a bull calf. The disapointement was real
Just saw your article in the Lancaster farming newspaper keep up the great work
For some odd reason the manure management videos are the most satisfying.
Great video - can’t wait to see the new barn finished.
Great awesome video Eric , hard working man , nice gates snd headlocks
Sure the one day I'm busy and don't get to my Ewe Toobs, there's not one but two calves. This is not a complaint. :) Makes catching up fun.
Great video, thanks for sharing
Big bowl calf.2.40 👍👍👍
Got my shirt, love it! Everybody should get one! And a hat. Thanks Eric!
602 is quite a character. 😀
Received new tee and hat today. Great quality, Thanks
Great to hear, thank you!
Nice cole impression LOL! Have a great day eric
I hope you keep the bull calf I’m twelve and i bought a Angus calf today that is 3 and a half months old, I’ve seen to many bull calves killed in Australia the price has shot through the roof.
Someone needs to make this man a badass intro!!!
Love you Video from Denmark 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰

I enjoy watching your videos it brings back memories of when I milked cows
Just got my hat. I’ve got to say it’s pretty good quality and I’m a hat guy! I love it
Using the dipcups outta idaho. We've been using their stuff for years and really like their products
