    The biscuit maker is exactly like the 'chakli' maker we have at home. If you have been to any part of Maharashtra, you know what chakli is

      @N-1718-12 ZOYA S AGRAWAL I'm a maharashtrian and I have been eating chakli since childhood. But then again we can't argue over this. Even Karnataka and tamil nadu have rice chaklis that I love! So it's a popular equipment in most of west and south india. Don't you think so?

    I use the cake strips all the time! You’re actually supposed to squeeze out most of the water so it’s moist but not too wet that it leaves the batter uncooked

  • @Sen-c6g

    That baking strips is mvp! Watch preppy kitchen he uses only that for even baking. Sometimes it’s not the product that’s Nay, it’s how you’re using it is “NAY”! Also cake leveller is amazing life saver!! 😊 oh! Also for that piping pen, you put too much chocolate ganache so it uncomfortable to hold, put lesser and you’ll be able to hold it like pen. BTW shivesh, you’re my favourite Indian baking TH-camr. ❤️

    Shivesh the wilton cake belt that you may have used or may be any cake belt is an excellent tool to get evenly baked cakes. I have been using that for every bake and it does exactly what it says on the packet. Dont just put a review when you have not used the product correctly. You have to squeeze the belt drain all the water out. Belt should be damp. Also, baking time may increase as it distributes the heat uniformly. By using this you will not have crispy edges, cracked cakes or a hump on your cake.

  • @AfrinKankudti

    Preppy kitchen has done a video on the cake strips and why they work. Maybe he took out the strips half way? His cakes came out beautifully baked and without any browning.

    • @Sen-c6g
      @Sen-c6g 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They did not take out all the water form the strips that’s why the cake was like that, they should have squeezed all the water. preppy kitchen uses that all the time and his cakes are perfect. The strips are dampen not watery.

    Wilton cake strips are the best. 🎂🎂
    But I never got it so cheap, I bought it for Rs 2260😱😱😱
    Cake leveller is quite good, however your technique was incorrect. You had to apply slight pressure on the top of the cake and keep pushing the cake slowly towards the leveller, while slicing through with the leveller

    17:20 hey that's not the way u put a tip with a holder in a piping bag first the inner part of holder gose inside the bag and then u have to cut the bag then on top of it from outside u have to put the tip and then the small ring part of holder to hold the tip. I have used piping bags 3-4 times that's why i know that 😊
    Although the quality of bag was bad that was not your falt 😊👍

    • @jigudadhaniya8086

    Hi! Shivesh. Thanks for doing this video, I was planning to invest in a baking strip but you saved my 200 bucks. I have a doubt not related to this video though. Can you please tell me what baking mode exactly is? I use an otg , so is it when both the top and bottom rods are on or is it when only the bottom rod is on? I have watched a few videos for this but some call the former as baking mode and some consider the later one as baking mode. Thanks!
