CSA is not only what is expressed by the Gust. Using/providing information about weather condition, type of fertilizer suitable to each area, etc....are very nagnigible pieces of CSA. Just its all about optimizing the impact of agricultural on climate and vise versa through the adoption of environmental sensetive approaches. So, CSA is one of the approach that can help to optimize or keep balance on both agri and climate.
