Another thing is that the Elf has 2 phases, the first one is when he's looking at you, and the second one is when he puts his hand on the table. You want to shock him on the second, one because shocking him frequently gives him an electrical shock that charges him more (since he's charging) and makes him more aggressive. He'll be as aggressive as the previous (maintaining his previous power charge) making him act faster.
