during 2013-2015 Southern 4501 and 630 made excursions for the annual railfest events in Chattanooga Tennessee from the Grand junction Depot to Cleveland Tennessee in this we will see 4501 making trips between Chattanooga to Cleveland Tennessee we will also see more of it down the line including some mile after miles of some mainline action with no diesel helpers this would be the last time 4501 would run on the main line without a diesel and this would be the last time it would run with on mainline trackage however these were not some of the last excursions for her her last excursion was in the same year that year and she would need a diesel assistant after that she was finally put back on museum trackage and today 4501 still continues to do museum track and should this very day
