- In this video, I will be showing you how, and what do you need to fit an aftermarket aluminum handguard to the LDT416 gel blaster.

You stated that the gas block serves no purpose apart from looking cool. In the application of a gel blaster (as you probably know) it does appear me to me that it would greatly assist in acting as an outer barrel stabiliser much like that cool little 3D printed device designed for the Masada (J10) that you guys sell. With the outer barrel stabilised the Hop up would then serve to reduce inner barrel movement when placed inside the muzzle/suppressor giving little to no barrel movement at all. Indeed certain type of a gas block, especially those 3D printed specifically for Gel blaster application, may serve the purpose to stabilize the outer barrel but that does not work with most Gas block replicas as it is a free float design, meaning the gas block is not in contact with the handguard lol.

I’ve done doing build the Cag style Hk416d like this before i’m watch this video but the different is not WGG/Blaster! I’m build Aeg from Ldt receiver & handguard,it’s look nice but the outter barrel is not stiff!

Hi do you have issue on the lose handguard? I mean it's easy to "pull" out from the receiver because seems like the hex bolt is the only thing that tighten the rail

what kind of paint do you used to paint the Receiver?
It is stock factory painted by LDT. For your information the LDT 416 2.5 shell has 2 variant, the higher end that comes with better finishing, metal fitting such as the mag release, charging handle, fire selector etc; and an entry level version that has no paint finishing, and with nylon fitting.

Personally I would of extended the gas rod system so the gas block is at the end of the handgaurd like it supposed to be
Trust me I would too but I could not find a gas rod for 14.5 inch handguard lol
A bit of resourcefulness and looking outside the Gel Blaster industry to find something to fit shouldn't be too hard. I work with several different types of engineers in my line of work and using their knowledge and resources has allowed me to modify my blasters using parts that were never designed for blasters.
A hobby shop has all sort of brass and aluminium tubes you could use for the gas system extension you just have to cut it down to length as they are usually sold 3ft/1m long in lengths

metal outer barrel, extension pieces and the 19mm to 14mm adaptor when will they be available on your website?
The LDT metal outer barrel will be available in MM soon, but not sure if they are sold separately or in a set of fixed length yet.

Possibly yes, the 14.5 inch SMR is a bit hard to come by and is only available from Kublai, MM will try to make it available soon!
