Great review. I got my hk416 a few days ago and love it. Only down fall I have ( which doesn't seem to affect its performance) is the MAG does not fit snugly and has a lot of wiggle room. Other than that can't fault it, great blaster.

Bought one last week and had a game day on the weekend. Verry nice to use no faults and feels like its shooting harder and smoother now. Tried the ldt milkies, blue ausgel and the pink ausgel. Pink ausgel shoot real nice. Also gen 8 mags fit and feed perfect. Dinted some forheads at 25m at the game. Def Going to get another one to custom build.
Another trick is you can put 2 batteries possibly 3 in the stock by removing the rubberised pad on the back so you can just pop the back and clip to a fresh battery, it also can be used to balance the weight distribution of attachments like torch and stuff. I think a barrel stabiliser would help as it’s very accurate in semi but can spray around in auto and I will eventually replace the stock hop up as I have noticed the blade isn’t really centred to the barrel. It’s not that bad after tuning it to the gels I use and re centring it using the shaft of a screwdriver.
Ps buy a ausgel balance charger at a minimum don’t use that useless USB one, your batteries will thank you.

@@M4A1GelBlaster no worries was a good experience shopping and staff didn’t try upselling just asked what I planed to do and guided me through my options with pros and cons. I did my research before going and he steered me towards the hk which is what I was planing to buy. Such a positive job done I will buy all my gear from there as I see the value in hands on sale and aftercare and supporting locals. Had a mag that was shredding gels replaced no questions asked. This was m4a1 Mackay. Even went and played a game at his field. 10/10.
Ps I think the signage needs an update as it sort of gave me vibes of a pop up store not hating just the only thing that I feel fell short in the whole experience, Inside was immaculate and well set out. The wall of blasters was dope.
Today i buy hk416 v4..can't wait to test it

What effective range does this gun have
I know this is a bit late to ask, i got this blaster & tested it out of the box with 11.1v batt. After a while or after shooting few rounds with it, the handle where the motor is got pretty hot. is it overheating due to the batt or is it something else?. Great vid btw. Peace

Thanks Lee, another great review. My all metal M4 shoot 380fps, all metal gears, V2 12;1 gear ration, 10in handrail , simple looking, wanted power accuracy (a sleeper) 110m spring , razor hope up etc,). BUT THE GEL BALLS ARE 80% exploding. Aka, beast gel balls when firing……… when it works 35m dead straight hard hitting, but what’s the point when most explode !!!!! why is this happening please and what can I do to fix it. I’m happy to pay to send to you to make a video {lol}…………… help snd advise!!!!

You should lower the music in your video. Whenever you talk there is a high pitched music masking of what you are saying.
What size of gels are the best for this?
M4A1 Gel Blasters recommends Ausgel Gels range and growing your gels to 7-8mm for best results
