LOVE LOVE LOVE these videos. As someone trying to get a bartending job with little high-volume experience, this helps! It’s also great for people who love the technical, physical, meticulousness of craft cocktails.
very nice videos you got! 2 things you could do to serve the drinks a bit more "fresh". Prepare garnish first and strain the daiquiris into the small shaker with the ice in the bottom, and place it in the big shaker(with the ice in) so it stays cool longer and when needed just fine strain it.
Great video! Any particular reason you go for a dried fruit garnish over a fresh wedge or a fresh floater? Is it because the drink is light and the fruit would sink?
Hey mate, I love your videos! Watching you from Singapore! I love the atmosphere and vibes of your TH-cam channel, it looks aesthetically pleasing. You deserve more subscribers and viewers mate! Btw I have a question, do you have any personal favourite bartending/cocktail books? If so, could you recommend some? Thankyou! Lots of love x
About the books, soon we will start working on amazing app for bar, where you can start bartender academy and also use as day by day at work as a helper with thousands video recipes and Kraft recipe marketplace
