I seriously hope the Conservatives win on this ground, biological males are males, and biological females are females. you cannot change that with any amount of therapy, meds, or surgery.

@@sknight8621 these people are crossdressers. They don't have the right to choose the words I use (e.g. pronouns) or compete as an athlete against people of the opposite sex. You can act nutty but you can't force us to accept it as normal.

I support transgender rights, but it becomes highly problematic when a tg woman wants to compete against biological women. It's an unlevel playing field, and sports are about level playing fields. If they want to work out with the women's team, fine. In an extreme possibility, I might be ok with their competing, but the official outcome of the event would only reflect the biological girls. And it's important to note that this is not an issue with the reverse situation. A TG man competing against other men would NOT be creating an unlevel playing field. There are so many facets of all our lives where being a transgender person should not be an issue. The exception is in physical events. I understand transgender people got dealt a tough card, but this is one area where we cannot have exceptions because there is no way to make this fair to biological women.
