I love how the drums will slow down and speed up to match different parts so effortlessly, it really adds a lot to the sound how fluidly they gradient through tempos.
For a simple reason, at the moment they played the street became totaly uncontrollable. I was at the show but there was no front barrier or any safe place for filming... That was a complete situation breaking out reality on this one... imagine a total crossroad in paris full of 1 000 poeple climbing on cars and thrash bin to perform jump slam on other poeple. Unreal.
@@BastardsDance Well, i think it was legendary in some way yes. But it was a little weird that some random poeple (that doesn’t know about metal in anything) just came to engage the mayhem as they saw the true hardcore fans going mad. In this case some dudes enjoy this performance as hell, some others says it was really too much or too agressive. Depends on where they were or how the sounds was at their place probably. Personaly i did not like Eyehategod but i must admit that this day was an unforgivable moment for the fans.
2:02 - Gestation 6:37 - H.P. Keefmaker (Cooter's amp blows at 8:10) 15:31 - Cooter gets a new amp but I don't know what the songs are from here on. New ones?
You know it’s good when you can SEE the bass wobbling the video capture
They play so loud that the other thing on the floor were moving by their own no jokes.
jimmy bower jus chillin in paris at a bongzilla show.
Good observation
Also vince from Dopethrone
Eyehategod and Dopethrone have both also played.
Bongzilla is so multifaceted: heavy riffs but also beautiful in its own way

Don't ever stop the show! Ever! Dead air is your enemy! Keep it going! Their sound is so thick if the bass goes out the guitar can fill it up!
I can only imagine it's ten times heavier live
The best part about this is the bass shaking the camera and the feeling of the bass from your subwoofer :)
Couldn't agree more! And it made it naturaly live !
Bower chillin like ordinary human being
Chillin' on HEAVY Fuzzin' !
with them and dopethrone, you automatically earn 100% coolness just for being there.
You ever hear like oh he's too cool to headbang, jimmy actually is too cool to headbang
i can smell the weed from my couch

Jesika Borne this is for you !
Any idea for the setlist ?
0:48 shows how fucking insanely good magma is on the kit
Brilliant. Rifftastic. The best of this style of stoner doom. And they blow stuff up live, the amp I think. Hardly surprising!
Not my favortie in this genre.
But that was massive.
On WIsconsin!
Kick ass.
Kick BASS !

Brett Smith thanks a lot mate, it helps me a lot !
defo not HPKM at 6:37
I'd rather be here than some gigantic stadium watching Metallica with crappy sound.
Bongzilla’s drummer can smoke enough weed to knock out an elephant and play a better set then Lars ever has in his career 😂🤘
