What a great podcast! I can relate as I have both a dog, a miniature dachshund, and a gray striped cat, who looks a lot like yours. My limited anecdotal evidence tells me that I am calmer and happier because of my animal companions.
My dog and best friend and companion for 15 years was a very intelligent farm dog x hunting dog mix. He has been gone 3 years and was a member of the family and great supervisor of my life. His name was Tigger which caused confusions with stripey cats at the vet 😂
This is like the ultimate temptation someone just told me about a puppy searching for a home. But i live in a camper, maybe there is a bigger better home that will appear. And we need to spey and neuter so all dogs and cats can get good homes and not be dumped by rivers like this dear girl.
I'm not going to waste my time watching this video, but I will plead to anyone who is listening. Please, please if you get a pet, please consider those around you, your neighbors and others. You're not the center of the universe, and nobody likes your pet but you. For everyone else it's just a threatening, nasty, barking beast that prevents them from enjoying time in their back yard.
