I don't really mind the fact that the appearances are kind of all over the place, but I also really wish they would've included a Charles Xavier with hair, since that's what he had for most of his movie appearance. Since they gave us 4 heads for Magneto, I feel like we could've gotten that one extra for Charles lol
I just picked this up, and do agree they made some odd choices. The two accessories that would have taken it from a home run to a grand slam for me would have been an empty Magneto Helmet for the unhelmeted head sculpts to hold and a McCavoy head with hair. I do think even without those it is a great value, and yes if I see another I’ll pick it up.
Was going to pass on this, then It went on clearance for $16 at my local Target. So two figures for less than the price of one, I figured why not. So with my old man black series Mark Hamill and the Patrick Stewart, I can have fun photographing and stop motion animating the UberEats battles.
I like this 2 pack!! I didn't like the McAvoy head sculpt and the relaxed fassbender one either!! The helmeted head looks great for both mckellan and fassbender tho the Ian unmasked head is awesome and the Patrick Stewart one too!! I hope they do a X2 jean grey and storm 2 pack!! Famke looked hot with that hair style!! I wonder if they would give us a Olivia Munn psylocke or a Shawn Ashmore iceman, Kelsey beast would b nice too!! Tho a kelly hu lady deathstrike i would really love in my collection!! Great review!!
It's a shame Hasbro didn't include a DOFP Prof X head, because i would have a reason to buy two of this set and i think the same applies to many other collectors. Other than that a great set.
An affordable version of apocalypse could've/would be awesome in the movie form...for those of us who don't want AOA or can't afford/don't have the baf...

The helmets pull off relatively easy and are decently swappable....I now have double the options and I can always glue them back if I want

I like these figures... but damn, they are *craaaazy* overpriced in Canada.
Both headsculpt for Charles are not spot on, while Mckellen as Magneto is spot on
One flaw, I really wish they made the Professor’s chair an electric wheel chair. Because he mainly used an electric wheel chair in the movies

Pry the hair off a winter soldier and it fits perfectly on the macavoy head, and I put that head on a multiverse bvs lex Luthor body!

Remember that now we have two different suit lower legs (Chameleon and Nick fury) and the balancing problem is only in the chameleon ones.
