I’ve got a graphtec 48” plotter also that I’ve been trying to dial in for ppf but the pinch rollers don’t grab firm enough to keep the material from slipping 😵💫 I just keep wasting material. There’s no adjustment for pressure on mine how do you get yours to plot with out slipping? Thanks in advance.
There should be adjustments on the backs of the rollers if the lever is all the way up, it's the highest pressure, and all the way down would be the lowest. Are you using 2 or 3 rollers?
Hi, thanks for the video. I was wondering what your blade depth was considering you cut with the cap sheet still on? The film is 8 mil but how big with the cap sheet? Thanks!
My blade is currently set to about the depth of a credit card and we adjust the pressure as needed to the film we are using. Cap or no cap sheet, we don't change the depth, just the pressure.
I appreciate the video! Currently setting up my new Graphtec plotter so I can start cutting Stek!
great video!
Thank you very much!! Very informative video

Good video, thank you. What is the degree of the needle?
For PPF 60 is ideal, 45 works fine. For tint 30 is what we prefer.
What blade should we be using for PPF? We currently only use our plotter for tint.
I use the Graphtec CB09UB .9mm 45-degree blade for PPF, which cuts perfectly, and a 30-degree for tint.

Hi where can I buy that plotter asking from south Africa
Not sure what distributors you have in that region. You would have to search around.
Can you share the model of this plotter?
Graphtec 8600-100
Do you remove the top liner before cutting ?
