    Definitely had a GI issue during my race 😂. However I guess upon further review others said I used it for wrong purpose and that could have been why I threw up and last half mile with the worst time. Maybe it was the high fiber meal I had before I don’t know I didn’t respond well with it so I think I’ll just stick with gels, drink mix and solids which is what I was using before…
