Hello from Ethiopia, I am an urban dairy farmer trying to find an alternative to the native grass we use because the cost is so high due to agents. How and where can I get Bracheria grass seeds so I can try to grow it here?

Thanks for a great video, Ngugi. You are an excellent communicator and teacher. Perhaps it would be a good idea to grow two brachiaria and then one green leaf desmodium, repeated on the contour. The grass may grow better with extra nitrogen and leaf mulch from the desmodium. Plus perhaps trees such as Leucaena, mulberry, Gliricidia, Moringa and Erythrina to bring up nutrients from deeper in the soil and add biodiversity and therefore possibly pest control by birds and beneficial insects.

Muranga is not dry, mulatto 2 was genetically modified for dry areas with high humid.
