Thank you sister for this interview and getting our attention on this kind of grass. Can you please bring some samples cutting to Ghana so we can buy them from you.
I just want to add some thing to what he said about pest that attack the grass. There maybe unknown pest like warms or carterpillers and since its a grass that a varieties animals feed on its likely grass cutters or beavers can invade them.
What is the name of that machine you are using to process the grass. Also, does it use electricity or diesel? How much does it cost? Would have been nice if one of the guys demonstrated and explained the whole process of grass processing from cutting to crushing and storage.
No, brother. This is Jucao grass and it as a crude protein content of 16 to 18 %, it is also use in mushroom cultivation, soil erosion irradication and etc. Elephant grass has a crude protein content up to 16%.
But Madam Enyonam ,you said 1kg which cost 20 shillings equivalent to $2 Dallars is cheat ,I think no , because that big bill alone will be about 50 kg to 100 kg more or less and 1 kg is $2 times 50 kg or 100 kg = $100 or $200 Dallars , and that feed won't last 5 days for one single COW ,I think is VERY EXPENSIVE, not cheap at all , please listen to that lady once again on the video

@@okothyogaIs protein the only advantage?
What about growth conversion rate and biomass?
@@isaacjohnson615 Did it sound to you so? What makes it super grass is more than protein.
