    I needed a refresher on this (it’s this week’s worksheet for homework) and this gave me some great information, and even added to things I’d learned in my session this week.

    Is anger an emotion? Does fear always lie underneath it? Great video.

      anger is an emotion and only people who are uncomfortable with anger think it's **always** covering up some other emotion
