Steel Legion has no Titans or Heavy Infantry to speak of. Their late game is limited compared to Orkz. I'm all for themed games but this matchup should genuinely wait until 7.0 releases. Or at least allow some normal Imperial Guard with the Ork Hunter color scheme.
