@@fedrickosamuelshidarta970 Or he was just unavailable at the time, VAs tend to have a pretty strict schedule and not a lot of companies are willing to work WITH that schedule, good example of when a company IS willing to delay a game for a VA is the God of War game that was released in 2018, Chris Judge had some health issues that he even came out and admitted on the internet and the company developing the game was willing to delay that game until he was feeling better, I'm sure some fans weren't happy that the game had to be delayed but I'm also sure that deep down they were ok with the delay if it was due to someone's health being at risk.
The voice acting in Dawn of War 1 is just so ridiculously on point. I can't think of a game with better voice acting for the universe. The only thing that comes close in my ears/eyes is the Space Marine animated film, with the all star cast of Sean Pertwee, John Hurt etc etc etc for example, "The emperor protects, but it also doesn't hurt to double check."
Believe it or not, they were all involved with Transformers as well, including Beast Wars. And I believe they played a few roles in the Bionicle films as well.

The voice of cartoon M. Bison was the voice of the character everyone compares to M. Bison!!!! Hahahhahahaha That is awesome and makes sense. Also, HOLY CRAP I love Scott McNeil, so many characters I love he has voiced, including my Sgt. Savage, a character I adored so much I named my Space Marine persona after.
I never really got into the modeling and tabletop gaming despite spending like $700 over 16 years on the stuff, but Paul Dobson alone turned me into a Chaos fanboy. Chaos Space Marines were the pefect opposite of the Loyalist Spess Mahrines

Brian Drummond portrayed Gorgutz the best in my opinion. I remember playing SoulStorm and hearing the new voice of Gorgutz and being very disappointed.
Huh. I always thought the Canoness was voiced by Kelly Sheridan. Then again, I barely knew who most of the units in the first Dawn of War series were voiced by. This video is an Emperorsend! You have my thanks.
It was such a good and creative idea to have the guy who voices the leader of the space marines also voice the leader of the chaos. It creates a very eerie mirror effect when hearing the two at conflict, foreshadowing what could happen to any spacemarine
God damn, I hope they had as much fun making this as I had listening to them in-game. Amazing work. Both DOW1 and COH1 are some of the best voiced games ever...and they are RTS games...crazy.
Mark Oliver is my favourite. His Aspiring champion voice work is by far the best fitting one for a servant of chaos. The other games didn't get it right like he did in DOW1 - Soulstorm
