- In this episode we travel to Pattaya and take advantage of the ongoing luxury hotel sales. We check into the Siam@Siam resort located in Central Pattaya and then checkout the amenities of this designer boutique style hotel and enjoy the pool before heading out for the evening where we meet up with a fellow creator for dinner. We go for what may be the best fish and chips in town and have a great evening. The next morning we explore the breakfast buffet. Enjoy the Ride!

Retox is my daily breakfast spot in Pattaya. Will definitely go back for the fish and chips on next trip. Good to spot waitress Linda is still there. She is a sweetheart

The pool area is epic. I spent a whole day relaxing at the pool a year ago.The sunset is also amazing. 🍺👍

I just love the blue Hotel. The pool was very cool. The buffet was as usual great. I have to say I like your new shirt very dapper.. the fish and chips dinner you guys had looked exceptional. Awesome place, great pool, staff was friendly and really above and beyond. It was my birthday and they had cake for me in my room.

I was looking into this hotel myself. So if I book the room for 2 and bring different lady's it's OK. But if I've paid for breakfast for 2 can my joiner join me also before I give her the boot in the morning? Or if its for 2 could I have someone join me for the day in the pool for example?

Thanks for the awesome episode! I've always wanted to stay at the Siam @ Siam! Supposedly, when its not raining (lol) it has one of the best sunset views in Pattaya, so I really appreciate the inside look at it. The new shirts look great, btw, glad to see you sporting them! I can't eat fish or seafood, but Retox looks like a solid bet for food. Good to see positive interactions amongst the expat community, no time for negativity for sure. Another great review... finished up my trip to Sturgis, and as a bike guy I hope you make it there one day if you have not done so already. Just a great time for everyone. Currently still on the road enjoying the outdoors and being on the road. I will however say again I enjoy your programs. You don't put in a bunch of unnecessary b.s. about Thailand vs America and all the other crap. Truly refreshing. Your trip to Bangkok and the last little shopping area you showed. Really brought back memories of what Thailand was back many many years ago when I remember it... ughh nothing like a lot of the more modern things available now. But it also reminded us that Thailand is still Thailand in as many ways... but the changes you show to the walking street is going to be a good thing. I did notice you drove right past my favorite little place of memories P72... lol.. good bar, good food, nice room ... but that was in the 80's lol... damn getting old.. lol.. well as always keep the wind in your hair and a breeze on your knees and the rubber side down. I am going to enjoy a nice evening here by the lake and sip a little bit of good whisky.

Your visit to the RETOX BAR brought back the many memories I have of the bar. I have been there many times for the beer, food and sports on the TV,s not to mention the A/C. By this time this year I would have been on 2 trips to patts. Was nice to see your waitress was Linda

stayed at siam many times. like you said the staff here are very good. nothing is ever a problem they always go out of their way to make sure your happy.

w/ Central Festival just two minutes up the road, I never venture that far North but, this place looks like a "hidden gem"! Good find sir !!!
Never stayed there but been up to the roof top pool area to experience the sunset , stayed across the road at the Sabai Resort tho many times over the years
Bed looked awesomely firm which I prefer. High quality food I'd appreciate. I liked that the gym had free-weights not just machines only need a few brisk minutes using those to stay in shape.

Siam Siam have their fair share of pool parties by day and at night. Also open for non residents ofcourse so definitely worth a visit.

About Siam @ Siam ... couldn't tell whether to film the next Hangover or James Bond flick there. And the footage in the morning buffet area seemed to have some color issues ... must have been some strange lighting! Keep living the dream for us, Brother!

We always stay at the flipper in soil 7 which is a great spot, can you update the new hotel just opposite it, when will that be finished?

siam staff are brill . i not stay there but visit 27 floor for pool party . its great fun there . good music also .

Great showing. Can’t wait for your Vlog on all the luxury hotels to choice from. But yes, Siam Siam is a 5 Star. The hotels I manage in Honolulu, prices range from $150 to $265 a night, sorry to say, don’t come close to Siam Siam appearance and restaurant.

I always stay in Sabai Lodge hotel soi 2 for the last 10 years. Before they build Siam hotel there was a great barcomplex and classroom gogo.

one of the best hotels in town , i stayed there 3 years ago.
I’ve stayed at Siam @Siam many times , they used to do an all you can eat buffet a few evenings a week for 750 baht with over 50 dishes including a lot of see food , great food and very pleasant staff . Wish I could go back there now but will have to wait until the flights resume .
Good video lucas... never stayed in the 5* hotels, now they're cheap !!!! Around £40 does me. Good to see good old pattaya, not the same as it once was I suppose. Will see next high season I suppose in 2021...

siam @ siam design is a really nice hotel, although in north pattaya, it has really good food, nice service, and a dj that played every Friday...I expect once things return to normal, it'll be back to being a really dope hotel to stay and party at again

Looks like they are changing the Thai motorbike license for big bikes mukka. I know Dean from the Retox very well, my wife had a restaurant bar in Khoatalo called it Yaya's Darkside Diner, some times wish it was still there, keep doing a great job, & hope to be back down soon.
Never stayed there but have been up on the roof terraces and pools, nice view, missing it now 🇹🇭
These front desk ladies are pretty sweet. Definitely going to stay there next time.

Siam @Siam seems to be a very different but interesting hotel . Not the usual drab addicts hotel that looks the same no matter what city you are in . I like it and once this nonsense is all over may be my new choice of hotel having been loyal to the LK and August suites groups for many years. As always an amazing review . That hotel was really unique, I liked it though! I'd think you can't bring the kids pool toys in that pool, they'd flow over the edge and into the waterfall! That buffet looked great though!
Retox Game on is consistently great, other restaurants can be hit and miss in my experience.
Great hotel stayed there twice around 2012- 2014. They hosted a great Sunday afternoon recovery party at their rooftop pool/bar.
Hope I can go again one day after the world finishes getting coroned.

As the saying goes "if you're going to have one you might as well have a big one"! But what did the cod taste like is the big question. Perhaps a future vlog could be a Pattaya fish and chips review....UK folks love fish and chips!

For Western Food I would say it hard to beat The Hungry Hippo both for price and quality.

The hotel is nice, but i wouldnt call it luxurious....what in that hotel would you call luxury exactly?
I have stayed there 3 times now. It is my favorite hotel in Pattaya. First time I was there it was during their "soft" opening. And not all the amenities were open but the staff, rooms, beds gym were FANTASTIC. They also comped me at the LPGA Honda classic which was on the first time I was there.
Its a bit of a hipper hotel with some fairly young and sometimes aggressive guests.
All in all 9.5/10
We stayed at the Royal Cliff Beach hotel in Pattaya. It's VERY luxurious. I hope you review it.
One of my test of a great 5 star hotel is room service.. I use to spend my last two nights at the Westin Bangkok, my GF was greatly impressed by the room service experience here.. have you tried room service at the luxury hotels so far? By the way my GF didn't like the bathroom at the Westin..no bum guns! LoL

During the weekends more people, weekdays, not so much.
Go to the Hilton Pattaya Beach road.. That's my favorite place to stay if I am visiting Pattaya most of the time I stay for a month.. Go sleep there you will like it for sure lucas
