I Stayed at a Great Hotel in Pattaya on my Birthday

- In this episode we celebrate my birthday and begin by checking-in to a very nice hotel located on Beach Road in Pattaya. We take a look at the hotel and all the amenities before enjoying a lunch at the pool. The hotel was booked at 1,100 baht which also included buffet breakfast for two, so I found the hotel to be quite a value. In the evening we head out to an eclectic restaurant located in South Pattaya for a dinner with friends. We discover the grounds and decor are as fascinating as the food offerings. Afterwards it's on to the Party where we meet and greet the many guests, give away two shirts and enjoy a birthday party complete with burgers, pizza and cake. Enjoy the Ride!

I do like pizza with extra sauce, but I haven't tried ketchup. My wife likes Hawaiian pizza with pineapple also, but I like my pineapple by itself as something sweet. Like you said, to each their own.

Seeing your video of LK Empress brought back some great memories. I've stayed there several times. The Liberace styling of the lobby and the rooms is not my cup of tea, but the location is convenient and the breakfast was spot on. The large multihead shower amazing. The price was a little steep but given the Beach Road location I didn't think that the price was too out of line. I'd give it a go again. Now the million dollar question is when!
