Also for the camera, you can always multiply the camera position. It's the same process, but less buttons. You'd select all camera frame and then do multiply camera position/angle. For taller models, 1.5 usually works. As for smaller ones, it varies. I highly reccomend this method for anyone who finds the method in the video a bit complicated!
Honestly what i prefer doing for camera height issues is if its a motion with just a single character, i go into pmx editor and increase or decrease the model size there.
