the vpn fixed my problem.. i’m guessing it’s something to do with wifi or icloud data
I have called my carrier and had them refresh my sms and have been having this issue for 3 months now and no fix.. i have followed your way of getting a code i down loaded my vpn I have a subscription with and it still tells me to wait one hour.. so frustrating
your help would be appreciated

I'm now being blocked from trying again for 10 hours each time I try. I can't find "Cellular" in Settings, can you let me know where it is? I have iPhone 13 and it's had the latest update. Thank you
Hi, in some countries, iPhone shows Mobile Data instead of Cellular. So, go to Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options.

Try putting your SIM in another phone and then request the WhatsApp code on your iPhone.
