I agree I like how honest he is about things even if it hurts to talk about. Some people are complaining that he’s reserved but since I’ve been through so much shit I get it. These podcasts resonate more with people that have been through things. Non judge mental people are hard to find.

You should be reading all the old high-times magazines go over how to setup any deal to spot a wire, clean your car, etc etc. Key point to this interview this guy lost the passion, once your lose the passion get out of the game while you can.

I get the sense that this man is depressed and not truly happy with his life. And I don’t buy the reason he didn’t have kids was because of him going to jail. I believe his story but dude his hiding things.
This country really needs to make some changes to the laws surrounding non violent felons and firearms! That law was *NOT* made so guys like these 2 couldn't defend themselves for the rest of their lives, it was made for violent criminals who had shown they are a danger to the public. Ian was a kid who got in over his head and became a white collar criminal, this guy was a high level pot dealer who, from what it sounds like, treated it more like a fortune 500 company, either one _could_ own a firearm and I'd bet every penny I have that they'd never use it to commit a crime. Imo if someone is too dangerous to own a firearm, they're too dangerous to own hundreds of other items, too dangerous to drive, etc and at that point, I'm not sure why they're even free but that's a whole other conversation...
