*+ Daswaggyturdle Animations* Sort of. According to the lore of ARMs, some people just inherently possess the ARMs ability. One morning they wake up, and BAM! Extendable arms. Researchers have attempted to learn the origin of this odd mutation, but have constantly been held back, as if some invisible hand is guiding them away from the truth. However, it is also established that this is nothing new, and that this bizarre ability first manifested thousands of years ago.
Also, in their efforts to understand this strange genetic quirk, the ARMs Research Laboratory created a living mass of genetically altered goo and a parasitic Terminator head Cthulhu nightmare, so there's that.

I make humor at every possible moment of my life, so I don't think I will ever stop laughing completely. It's just that PBG is funnier than almost anyone else I watch. (Honestly, I wish he uploaded more, but whatever, as long as he makes anything, I'm probably gonna laugh at it)
