Y’all ain’t recognizing how good the CINEMATOGRAPHY is. Every single scene is shot so well and the angles are so good! The overhead shot going over the car and showing it upside down from the back? SO CLEVER. You seriously know what you’re doing and you’ve made an incredibly well-animated and entertaining video. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a storyboard for a CalArts student.
This close to the end of the series... with what happened to Dabi... This actually hurts in the most bittersweet of ways. This aged PERFECTLY... because at the end Denji felt regret. And this is a window into what could have been. And it hurts how beautiful they could have become. Shouto could have had someone that TRULY understood his rage and hate, someone that could have helped him release his stress and teach him things about the world. They could have been BROTHERS. And it hurts that they never got that chance. Beautiful and so well done that it amazes me. You know you make something great when it only becomes MORE impactful as time goes on.
