While at the park, we learn of the closing of all United States Disney and Universal Parks (as the official announcements came out throughout the evening while we were at Magic Kingdom), check out the measures Disney parks are taking to keep people safe, and experience some unexpected surprises like getting stuck on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and watching the Happily Ever After Fireworks while riding The Jungle Cruise. The purpose of this video is to share information and hopefully entertain you as we found out the news that all U.S. Disney and Universal theme parks while we were enjoying a night at Magic Kingdom. I'm really sorry to hear that Disneyland and Disney World will be closing...it's just another example of how serious the COVID 19 virus situation is. On a personal note, I am an L.A. native...born and raised...in times of stress or when I just need a break etc, I have gone to Disneyland to escape the "Real World" for a day. I was planning to go to Disneyland next week and now I find that it's going to be closed.

Good thing they can do a major overhaul of the entire park in that downtime so you don't get stuck again

My boys and I just finished breakfast at Trail’s End are headed over to enjoy the last days of MK. My wife & daughter were to join us in WDW tomorrow but decided to cancel given the news and potential chaos. It is sad for many people. We are lucky to be able to have some fun in the sun, while it lasts. We’re going to party like it’s 1999!

Totally and i always do a mix of stuff and also a mix of vids, you know I’m always showing a ton of cool stuff to do outside the parks too! A lot is closed right now so we’ll see, but there’s always something.

It really hit me hard when I heard the news too. More than I expected. It's weird, I mean, I've had passes with plenty of blockout dates before. But even then, I may have blocked out, but I knew OTHER people were still enjoying it. Knowing it's closed... feels so strange.

We’re now a week on from this news and the world already looks very different, with mass closures, social distancing and self isolation being the new norm. Stay safe and stay well. Hug. x
It is truly hard to fathom how much the world has changed in a week. My hope and prayer is that things go back to normal as soon as possible!
"One of the most visited theme parks in the world" It's actually the most visited park in the world. Crazy time right now with this going on but I think it was the right decision. Better to be safe than sorry. Gatorland and the ICON Park will remain open which is interesting

Aaaaaand, I just read that Knotts Berry Farm and all other Cedar Fair parks scheduled to open in March, all Six Flags parks, and both Legoland parks will be closing from March 14th to March 31st. Busch Gardens Tampa will be closing March 16th to March 31st. California’s Great America has postponed its March opening to April 4th. And all SeaWorld parks will be closing on March 15th to March 31st. So, this will put a damper on many folks spring break plans to any US theme park.
I’m slowly recovering from a severe case of the flu and am hoping our annual Spring Fair at the Washington State Fair will be running in mid April. They have a historical wooden roller coaster that I haven’t ridden in 3 years. I need my coaster fix! 🤗

Hi, love your videos! Im England so particularly liked your videos in England. We rode Big Thunder Mountain last October as soon as the park opened and we were the only ones on the whole ride! No queue whatsoever. I have my own youtube channel and disney vlogs.
Looking from a positive angle, it will give Disney some time to do some much needed maintenance. 👍🏽

I am curious if they are going to ramp up the speed on the castle remake, construction, and planned maintenance while the park is closed. It would make sense. I hope they make some fast headway in Epcot during the close. ❤️
Good comment and I was thinking the same thing. Especially at EPCOT where they could accelerate some of the demolition in ways they couldn't with guests in the park.

Hi Jackie Sunday March 15th there's worried about the drummers at Epcot no longer playing the drums in Japan just wanted to give you a heads-up they say it will be around 6:15 p.m. on Sunday may want to check that information but this is what I got as far as recent news just want to let you know cuz you're always on top of stuff have a great one
Thanks for that - yes, they are cutting the drummers in Japan (after 25 years), the rock band in U.K., British Revolutioon, the juggler in France. So many beloved performers gone from one day to the next with hardly an announcement. My heart breaks for them and for us, the guests, who love them. Those drums are a huge part of the ambience... all that music, all those talented performers who gave us their all day in, day out.. I am very sad about this :(
