In the game he is a very high damage but strictly ground based character. No projectiles other than his Volcanic Roar (Spirit of The Dragon) super and his 'Chi' is a command move that gives him a 20% damage buff (Red), 20% Defense Boost (Blue), and a 20% meter gain (yellow). The Chi cannot be stacked but also have one hit of super armor so he can use them as a parry which happens in one of the matches shown. Iron Fist is seen by many to be a terrible character simply based on the metric of movement and utility. He has no air options and his only offerings on a team is to be a damage/meter gain engine or spammed as a pretty fast and good wall bounce assist (rising fang). People who play as him know the struggle they are getting into but damn it if it isn't fun as hell to bring the heel down on someone's head.
