Im not happy with ee broadband got the new ee wifi 7 hub got it at my home an engineer was meant to turn up on 12 of December between 8am and 1pm no one turned up so I phoned ee up they said it got cancelled so now got to wait for the 24th of December for open reach to come out what a joke
@ I’m guessing your going fibre which any company could do they will need to put a new fibre line in normally bt do this or cityfibre if that’s who have the lines in your area but have a look around there will be other companies offering the same speeds for far less EE just glamorise everything in there ad’s saying there the best if you look at other bigger companies there doing the same and claiming there the best but this is only on there what there best customers say not the ones they piss off, but if you want it in before Christmas I would go with them as I doubt your get anyone else that will do it in time, if they let you down again I would cancel and make a Trustpilot review is done and find someone else.
