I don´t like that you can´t preview the effect until you save the photo or video. But it´s a great app, thanks for recomend it. Sorry for my english, greetings from México.
Yeah, that’s fair! I feel like it would take up a ton of processing power to do it accurately and also adds a little fun surprise when you look at the processed image lol
Hi there, I absolutely loved your video! I'm curious about how you edited it or which app you used to achieve that vibrant retro style. The lighting in your room and on your face looks incredible, and the intense colors were just captivating. You look amazing! I'd really appreciate it if you could share how you achieved that effect. :)
Thank you so much for the kind comment!! I use DaVinci Resolve Studio to edit and colour grade all my footage. The grade is mostly made up of a custom LUT that I put together for my TH-cam videos, and I supplement that with some Halation and Film Grain in Resolve. In terms of lighting I just use a cheap LED bar from Amazon set to 5000k and then set my camera to 5600k so the light is a tad warmer. The colours are just Govee smart bulbs from Amazon too, in an IKEA work lamp! Hope that helps!
I was thinking about shooting video with it for shortfilms and such, and try to improve the results in post. Do you think the effects selection for video is varied enough? Thanks for the video!!
It’s quite varied, but I don’t think the film effects look all that good - they definitely give the vibe of a smartphone with a film effect filter of it. What kind of look are you going for?
The main difference is the ability to use all the available camera types, but a surprising number of cameras are available in the free version (only a couple video options though)
There are film options for video too but they definitely give off more of a "iphone video with a film effect laid over" vibe than the photos - music at the end was Apple Boy by Mae Mae
Hi, love the app so much thanks to you! There is a particular camera that I like, it’s called CPM 35, does it exist in real life ? Which real life camera is equalent to CPM35?
Yes…sounds like it does the same as DAZZ, vintage/filmic looking pictures, but you get a unique looking ui with each film style. For example, it looks as though you are holding a Polaroid camera on your iPhone screen…it even spits out the pic at the bottom!!!
I also used this and the photos came out crazy outstanding in some cases
Yeah, the results can be unbelievable!
I love this app! I bought it last Christmas as a gift to myself. I am impressed every time I use it. Definitely takes photography to the next level.

It’s quite varied, but I don’t think the film effects look all that good - they definitely give the vibe of a smartphone with a film effect filter of it. What kind of look are you going for?
There are many reasons why I don't buy film camera even though I really want to, where I live there are no film processing stores anymore;-;
Hey, Thanks for sharing valuable information about Dazz Cam. May I know how you came to know about the details of camera emulations used in this app?
I’m SO LAZY TOO. Gotta try this app!
Very worth it - send me the results!
What’s the major difference between the free version and the paid?
The main difference is the ability to use all the available camera types, but a surprising number of cameras are available in the free version (only a couple video options though)
Such a bummer it's not on Android.
I asked them why and they told It would looks terrible with all the different cameras used in android.
I like it but I can’t find the dblack camera. That only show up in Pro or am I an idiot? Looked several times along the cameras.
It may be pro only, but you are in fact not an idiot! I just checked there and it seems like they’ve renamed it to GR F
@@robnjk thank you! I’ll probably go pro then. Thanks for the video on it. Well made.
@@lyallatronpietro305 thank you! Best of luck with it. I hope it works out for you

Did a quick google and discovered that it’s based on the Canon Sureshot 85 film point and shoot
Hey, nice Video. I'd love to try it out. This App is only available on IOS thou, right?
Sadly yeah, it’s iOS only
can you take videos with the app?
yes
Is there an android version?
Hey, can you let me know which back cover you used on your iPhone? Maybe you could share the link to that.
Hey, unfortunately I don't have a direct link to the case but it's an iPhone 13 Pro case from Shein
Hey! What is your opinion of “old roll?” They sound very similar!
I’ve never tried it! Is it also an app?
Yes…sounds like it does the same as DAZZ, vintage/filmic looking pictures, but you get a unique looking ui with each film style. For example, it looks as though you are holding a Polaroid camera on your iPhone screen…it even spits out the pic at the bottom!!!
Thank you!!! Really useful for me ❤

how to make your picture look like that in 4:53
Try turning them black and white and adding a coolness so it becomes a steel blue kinda vibe, and add some softness/diffusion to give that glowy look!
