Great to see you back Jamie! Pretty easy fixes compared to the damage they could cause. Thank you!

Hi there I have one of these cassettes but when I turn the opener the flap to let the bad stuff go down, nothing happens it won't open and you've a toilet full of the bad stuff, the blue water comes in but flap won't open.

So, theres a rubber seal that perishes and goes hard. It's highly likely it's stuck to the flap and not letting it open
Here's the bad part. Your going to have to take the cassette out clean the seal and credit the cassette. This hopefully will work otherwise the piece that connects the handle to the flap has broken. Shitty job to fix but parts should be available . J

If it is full and turned on end so it is standing up horizontally will it leak from the big seal you just installed? Mine does when testing with water, but I don't see myself standing up on end ever, just want to make sure the job is done right.
    Thanks!
