wow, its rare and amazing getting a deserved decision over a Thai fighter. only cause they didnt fight in the Lumpinee, if the fight was over there Dekkers would have 100% lost that fight. I've seen him win way more decisive decisions than that and still be given the loss In Thailand. was always humble anyway, what a warrior, R.I.P.

Namphon struggled but easily won this fight on the scorecard Namphon easily win this fight by any scoring system ( international or Thailand ). No one can literally find any round for Dekkers except the first one. This fight was broadcasted in Thailand and the Lumpini judges scored the fight as a very very large Namphon win. Under international scoring system : Dekkers won the first round 10-8. Namphon won the second round 10-9. Namphon won the third round 10-9. Namphon win the fourth round 10-9. Namphon won the fifth round 10-9. Conclusion Namphon win this fight 48-46 under international Muay Thai scoring system. Under the Scoring system of Muay Thai in Thailand Namphon easily won this fight by an enormous margin because round 4-5 were one sided rounds for Namphon while in round 2 it was a great round for Namphon and round 3 a big round for Namphon. The weigh for this fight is either 140 lbs ( Sylvie Von Duuglas-Ittu said so ) or based on the audio of the Thai commentators that day Namphon weighed at 59.5 KG while Dekkers weighed at 61.5 KG. If we go by Sylvie's words then Namphon who's best weigh was 122-126 lbs ( 55.3 KG to 57.1 KG ) needed to bloat 14-18 lbs ( 6.3 KG to 8.1 KG ) up in order to fight Ramon Dekkers at 140 lbs ( 63.5 KG ). So Namphon struggled in this fight because of the freezing weather impairing his warm up, because of a terrible flight to Holland, because he just lost to Cherry Sor Wanich 12 days ago. But above all else he needed to ( according to the Thai commentators that day ) bloat 5-9 lbs up from his best weigh which was 122-126 lbs at that time in order to get to 131 lbs ( 59.5 KG ) and fight Dekkers at 135 lbs ( 61.5 ) all of that in only 12 days after losing to Cherry Sor Wanich so barely any recovery or time to train for the 135 lbs Dekkers and to get used to the 5-9 lbs jump weigh in order to get to 131 lbs. Dekkers at 135 lbs was 9-13 lbs bigger than Namphon who was at his best a 122-126 pounders. Dekkers only won the first round but it was a 10-8 round for Dekkers. Namphon won round 2-3-4-5 and some of those were one sided rounds. Namphon destroyed Dekkers with ease in round 2-3-4-5. Round 2 is a great round for Namphon. Round 3 is a big round for Namphon despite Dekkers destroying Namphon in the last 30 seconds it still didn't wash away the fact that Namphon had his way with Dekkers for 2:30 minutes. Round 4 is a dominating round for Namphon, almost a one sided beating. Round 5 is a dominating round for Namphon, almost a one sided beating. Namphon landed like 21 clean and hard kicks. At the time Namphon was the Featherweight Lumpini champion ( so not above 126 lbs ). This fight took place at 140 lbs which is Dekkers best weigh at the time. The 122-126 pounders Namphon went 14 lbs up in weigh ( basically Namphon bloated 6,35 KG up ) and fought a peak Dekkers at 140 lbs and yet Namphon easily won 4 out of those 5 rounds. Namphon also just lost to Cherry Sor Wanich 12 days ago and yet in 12 days he bloated 14 lbs up and easily won this fight on the scorecard. Namphon struggled in this fight because the flight to Holland was rough and because the weather was freezing in Holland so Namphon during the pre-fight didn't warm up correctly for this fight that's why he looked sleepy during the first round and got knocked down. Rambo and Changpuek among other Thai fighters who went to Holland that day also complained about their flight being rough and that the weather was freezing in Holland. Rambo that day beat Michael Lieuwfat but couldn't KO him while Changpuek lost by KO to Rob Kaman. In the rematch Namphon fought in Thailand, warmed up correctly and despite Namphon losing his 126 lbs belt 21 days ago against Petchdam Namphon still went back to 140 lbs again and he destroyed Ramon Dekkers with absolute ease. Namphon struggled a bit in this first fight because he just lost to Cherry 12 days ago so he didn't have enough time to rest, recover, train for Dekkers and go to 140 lbs which is the first time in his life at that weight. Still based on the international scoring system Namphon won this fight 48-46 because Namphon won round 2-3-4-5 all 10-9 while Dekkers only won round 1 but it was a 10-8 round. Based on the scoring system in Thailand Namphon won this fight by an enormous margin it wasn't anywhere near an even fight at all.
Some guys are just born to achieve greatness in whatever they choose to do. They have God given gifts that allow them to excel in their chosen vocation. Ramon's was beating the living sh_t out of people while making the brutality of it still look beautiful.
Yeah Ramon knocked him down in the first(in Holland)and did more punching but he lost, are you serious? That was not in Thailand,Boxing counts a lot more in Europe than in Thailand.

But it is the same in Thailand with foreigners.Thais score the clinch way too much.I also think that kicks and knees should score a little bit more but when they only clinch and make knees that didn't damage they should score it less. One of the only "fair" events in europe imo is Slamm in Holland. It is also ridiculous that Thais often can not fight with Full Thai rules in Europe, fucking K1 Rules :D
He got one knockdown and he may have done punching but Nampon did much more on everything else and landed more, if that still means Dekkers wins then that system in seriously flawed
@@Mark147KTM ... And to put a clinic on his torso. This is a hard decision win, so it depends on what you score higher. I agree with Kyle here as I saw overall a greater domination from Nampon, but Dekkers managed to knock him down and counter his aggression with boxing. Very close match and not easy to judge fairly

Normally they must score all weapons the same but Europeans didn't do it and the Thais also not :D You can not win a fight in Thailand with boxing especially against a Thai guy even when you score more hits.
He made Dekkers his girlfriend in the clinch lol . The Thai should of won . In holland they gave it to Dekkers but the fight was televized live to Thailand and Lumpini judges scored the fight in favor of Nampon .

@@ariari4133 If we go by international Muay Thai scoring : Dekkers won round 1 ( 10-8 ), Dekkers with the knockdown. Namphon won round 2 ( 10-9 ), great round for Namphon who's clinch was almost unstoppable. wow, its rare and amazing getting a deserved decision over a Thai fighter. only cause they didnt fight in the Lumpinee, if the fight was over there Dekkers would have 100% lost that fight. I've seen him win way more decisive decisions than that and still be given the loss In Thailand.
was always humble anyway, what a warrior, R.I.P.
yes because it was not in Thailand that why de didn't get robbed lol good to see some reverse screw jobs lol

Namphon easily win this fight by any scoring system ( international or Thailand ).
No one can literally find any round for Dekkers except the first one.
This fight was broadcasted in Thailand and the Lumpini judges scored the fight as a very very large Namphon win.
Under international scoring system :
Dekkers won the first round 10-8.

If we go by international Muay Thai scoring :
Dekkers won round 1 ( 10-8 ), Dekkers with the knockdown.
Namphon won round 2 ( 10-9 ), great round for Namphon who's clinch was almost unstoppable.
Namphon won round 3 ( 10-9 ), Namphon won 2:30 minutes of that round with the clinch/knee while Dekkers won the last 30 seconds by hurting Namphon.
Namphon won round 4 ( 10-9 ), very one sided round as Namphon did anything he wanted with his unstoppable clinch/knee.
Namphon won round 5 ( 10-9 ), very one sided round for Namphon who kicked Dekkers at will.
Total : Namphon won this fight 48-46.
Dekkers didn't win a single round other than the first which he won 10-8.
Namphon clearly won round 2, 3, 4 and 5.
People who argue that Dekkers won the third round can't be serious, are they gonna forget that Namphon destroyed Dekkers for 2:30 minutes ?
Dekkers in round 3 hurt Namphon badly in the last 30 seconds but it wasn't enough to make up for the first 2:30 minutes ( 150 seconds ) that Namphon basically did what he wanted to Dekkers.

It is the same shit they did with Dekker in Thailand,it is called home advantage. In Boxing today it is much more worse than this. And in Europe they count boxing more.In Thailand they count kicks and knees the most. That is also not ok but what will you do?
echt een goede schijdsrechter
Het is scheidsrechter in plaats van schijdsrechter. Maar ik begreep je wel.
In Thailand they would have gave the decision to Nampon based on his knees in the clinch. They see them as equal to punches.
in muay thai knee kick throws elbow score more than punches this is muay thai not boxing
Phon Xieng Ya I know, thats basically what I said. My comment was wrong though, they flew in Lumpinee judges for this fight. Thats why it was so shocking.
@@usedx115x Lol nope .
The Lumpini judges watched the fight live from their seet in... Lumpini .
All the judgea scored for Nampon , the fight got Holland judges not Thai .

With the exception of the knockdown, I give this to Nampon but Dekkers won the second match
You must be a thai judge....
