Normally we did testing on beta versions of upcoming Genesis titles, but this one time they sat us down with a bunch of games on different systems and had us write feedback notes on them, and what we'd like to see in future games. I think in our section what I remember was Quack Shot & Sonic on the Genesis and Devil's Crush on the TG16, and the notes from our section boiled down to "our favorite game out of those on offer was Devil's Crush, you should make more pinball games" and under the "Things I'd like to see in future video games" was "more real music from real bands, like Motley Crue".
Honestly, the biggest reason I like this game so much is that the music and sound is done by the same dude that did the music and sound for the Black Knight 2000 table, which just so happens to be my favorite real life pinball table. They honestly sound like the same exact sounds at times. Also why Schmitt's music is so good.

It's the first time I've seen a virtual pinball collection that actually tried to do really accurate conversions of real-world tables, and they've got several tables in the various collections you've done on your pinball review series over the years. Specifically, I'd really like to see your opinion on the Black Hole table in their collection. I know it's one of your favorites, so your judgement would go a long way toward telling me how accurate it is to the real thing. Personally I don't have tons of experience with real tables, but there are times the in-game physics feel rather float-y to me, so I'm wondering if that's just me being more used to weighty physics like in Pinball FX.

This game is badass, and if you're a pinball fan worth a look. Idk who needs to hear this, but if you have a Konami Justifier plugged into controller port 2, it will crash and freeze crue ball on the first frame of the EA logo, but if you turn it off, unplug your gun and restart it'll work again.
This game is, in fact, a generic rock-themed pinball game that someone stuck a Mötley Crüe license on at the end - there's a prototype version called "Twisted Flipper" available online that's basically the same game, but without the license.
