The music and the concepts before are more in-your-face and unique. kpop today has evolved to sound and look like westerns and lost some individuality. The lyrics of this song have a very condescending message to the man who is desiring them. Hence, "Hoot" as in laughter. Check out the English translation and see. Oh! is an odd video because American Football isn't a popular sport to follow in Asia (South Korea specifically) and to have the video centered around cheerleaders and the popular football players they're attracted to. Still, it is a great song. So good that several NBA/NFL professional cheerleading/dance teams have performed it at games.
