That shit about rent control in NY in on point. I've lived in NY/NJ for almost 15 years and sometimes renting around NY it feels like all of the city was handed out around 30 years ago and if you weren't around at that time, you just get to pay way more to subsidize your apartment buidling's rent control tenants who are living three generations deep in a three bedroom.

Me and my wife have been doing nothing but air bnb for the past 3 years now ever since we tried one for the first time in Biloxi. We travel allot and were so fed up with these trash hotels that charge $100 a night or more and if you wanna stay in a nice one they are $160 to $300 a night for a tiny room. We have been able to rent a whole house on the beach for $150 a night and these places are EXCELLENT!! We will always use Air BnB FOREVER! Hotels can get gone with their overpriced roach motels and tiny rooms.

This type of thing will kill home ownership and change the value of real estate. a 32 million dollar deal. I don't think that deal is good for anyone but DR Horton. Let's talk about the KEVIN!!!!!!

ben is true to himself. stay in your lane. if single family is your game, do it well. if you are into commercial, do it well. make enough to make you happy whether it is 50 doors or 5,000. once you figure out "the recipe", all you have to do is keep cooking it. I'm at 60 doors of single family, duplexes, and small apartments. i don't know commercial so i stay in my lane with it. i do fine, on a different level than ben, but i dont need 250M to be happy. great interview.
