@UC3iMwEKIVY5HdvO8s%F0%9F%98%800EAV3w Yes, if you are using a lot of baking soda, you should wash it off. For this recipe, its ok to leave it in there.
Hi chef where can find the Chinese wine sauce 🎉there's no wine in my place any replace of wine sauce please coz i know it's help tenderize & texture more tasty . thanks 👈 ❤😢
A perfect recipe! I want to thank you for making these perfect recipes easily understood and accessible for people like me- a Greek yiayia (grandma) who loves Chinese cuisine. I made this fir my 5 year old granddaughter and she loved it. Congrats on your amazing videos and your easy techniques. Anna from NYC
Thank you! One of my fondest childhood memories (and I guess for most people as well) is home-cooked food and the person that's cooking it. This formed the basis for comfort food for me as an adult. I wanted the same for my kids.
Wow, I'm so surprised out well this turned out without using the sugar, wine, or oyster sauce. I'm sure it's even better with those ingredients but since I didn't have the last two on hand, I went without. I did use Tamari. I will certainly be making this again!
I love this recipe I am making it now this is my third time making it but each time I ask something a little more I add accent a little bit of slap your Mama seasoning I use bell peppers
I love this flavor but everytime I cooked a similar version, it leave a sour taste on my tongue. Is it because of the baking soda? I don't want to throw this recipe or similar recipe away because of the sour taste on my tongue and my mouth.
Tenderise the pork with baking soda or sodium bicarinate for that silky smooth texture.
I heard you're supposed to wash it off though before frying

Yes, you can. Stir fry it the same way. 😄
Can I not add the soya sauce if I m already using oyster sauce.
Hi. Yes, you can. Taste and adjust your seasoning accordingly. 😀
What can I substitute for corn flour? I don't have any
You can use potato starch, rice flour or just your everyday all purpose flour. Use these the same way as you would with corn flour. Hope this helps.
@@BusyDaddyCooks I used regular flour. Sir it was phenomenal! My kids demolished it, no left overs. Thank you for sharing. Please keep them coming 😁💞

@@BusyDaddyCooks thank you💜😊👍🏻
You're welcome 😊
Where is the recipe in print I can't remember all this.
Hi. The written recipe is in the desription.
I love this flavor but everytime I cooked a similar version, it leave a sour taste on my tongue.
Is it because of the baking soda? I don't want to throw this recipe or similar recipe away because of the sour taste on my tongue and my mouth.
Yes, it's likely the baking soda. Try using 1 egg white instead of baking soda and let it marinade for 20 to 30 minutes. Hope this helps
