      I wouldn’t suggest using essential oils as they are terrible for the environment and take advantage of third world countries to produce. I’d recommend looking into infused oils, theres a lot more benefits to them and they’re easy to make in your own home! Can be used in cooking, hair, beauty products, etc.

    Things that CAN raise your vibration / improve your life
    -Nofap/ semen retention
    -Try to drink a gallon of water a day
    -Meditation
    -Not relying on anyone else for happiness
    -Loving yourself
    -Sungazing
    -Vent to yourself
    -Working out
    -Reading books
    -Having a leader mentality
    -Cold showers
    -Eating less
    -Fasting
    -Having/ expressing gratitude for EVERYTHING
    -Cutting out fast food
    -Eat to LIVE , not for pleasure (natural foods, no need to feel obligated to go vegan or vegetarian tho)
    -Not comparing yourself to others
    -Only compete with yourself
    -Affirmations
    -Going outside (in nature )
    -Get some sun
    -Not caring what others think
    -Give / contribute more to the world
    -Focus on you, go within
    -Breathing in from your nose
    -Cut out sugary drinks
    -Having an open mind and be aware of what you’re doing/ using your time and energy for
    -Cleaning your room (MAKE YOUR BED)
    -Use social media / electronics less
    -Sober lifestyle
    -Journaling
    -Writing down dreams
    -Getting 7-8 hrs of sleep
    -Taking Herbs: blackseed oil, haritaki, sea moss
    -Take vitamins
    -Spend less time with toxic people
    -Full body stretches / Yoga
    -Listen to 432hz music or to raise chakras: (396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, 963)
    -Use fluoride-free toothpaste
    -Clap your hands more
    -Dance more
    -Use left hand more (using right side of brain)
    -Stop fighting against ego and work TOGETHER
    -Eliminate fear of death (have no fear all together)
    -Realize you’re a soul inside a body having a physical experience
    -Smile and laugh more

Spirituality is just a different way of looking at the science we cannot yet fully understand or comprehend! its that simple.. but ppl are being awakened more and more each day! mainly bc we are in end times and its important while satan is heavy at work so is God. But he doesnt have time anymore for alot of the good ppl out there to keep the veil they need to know the truth. So for alot of the good kind loving ppl out there that have no faith he is thinning the veil for them. Thats what an awakening is. simply awareness
      of what is and what isnt

      yes! it does in fact! but it wont make a difference really at all if you arent practicing the other things the poster mentioned that come from the inside out! IE compassion gratitude kindness LOVE all thaT GOOD STUFF! LOL the human mind is much more powerful then the energies carried in foods even if they ARE high vibrational for an ingestible food source.

    As a PhD student specializing in vibration & natural frequencies of systems using experimental and computational methods, I was able to find one reliable technical source that stated that the natural/resonant frequency of humans was between 9-16 Hz. Yes certain prolonged vibrations do have an effect on the human body but these are continuous vibrations that you can actually feel (like the vibrations you feel while sitting in a rocket or a car or operating heavy machinery).
    The resonant frequency of some objects like crystals aren't generally manifested unless you apply some sort of current to make it physically vibrate at its resonant frequency (look into how quartz clocks work).
    I think there is a tendency to take basic scientific concepts such as molecular vibration in atoms an apply them to larger concepts such as the overall vibration of humans (who are composed of many different types of atoms and we have different forces and processes happening inside us constantly). Anyway - I think it is ok for people to believe whatever they wish (and the ideas about gratitude, positive thinking, water, kindness, breathing are all good and will probably make you happier) but trying to attribute these ideas to science doesn't mean it's true. I would classify these concepts as fitting more into spirituality which is fine. Also if you wish to believe in crystal healing regardless - studies have shown that the placebo effect in regards to crystals does work so it might make you a happier healthier person if you actually believe that it works.

    I loved the video! ❤️ However, I think that the reason why gratitud and kindness raise our vibrations is because of their link with the feeling of love and to love. To just set gratitude on the feeling of “having” is too superficial to explain why it raises people’s vibrations. To give love and to love what you receive in life is what really lays beneath, since it’s the biggest uninterested act we can make. Gratitude and kindness are just ways to manifest this. If you love yourself, your life, your body and everything that comes to you, you’ll feel happy, grateful, kind, etc. It’s just an opinion, but I think this gives more clarity on the why’s.     true. also there is a quantum/ possibility change in ones self needed to be made in terms of what one thinks what he/ she deserves for themselves. what gives me assurance is that my intuition is always, lets say, lightful.

    I did a search to help someone else raise her vibes but this is a good reminder for me too because I've done most of the things here and they have worked for me but sometimes I forget - so thanks for sharing all this!
    Oh, one "scientific" reason for movement to help is that it boosts circulation and mobilizes lymph, thus removing toxins from our body that may have us feeling "blah".

    I've been running on such low vibration lately. I was really stuck in a cycle that u was trying so hard to get out of. I watched all my inspiring videos to try to give myself a boost but for some reason I was still not feeling it. but something about this video smoothly and gently lifted me up. the style, the color palette and the flow of the whole video. it just gave me a boost of energy and I can feel like there's some sun coming up in the dark winter cloud that's been following me around lately.
    so I am grateful for you for making this video 💜.
    I hope you too will always find something that does the same to you on your low vibration days .

    It blew my mind when I looked at food differently. I never really cared what I put food into my body. I always looked at food as fuel. Food = fuel. And so, I gained a lot of weight I am trying to put off. It really blows my mind what I have been learning about food lately and what they don't tell you about food

    I reacently visited doctor who specializes in chinese medicine and he just blew my mind with this holistic energy concept about human body and health. Acctually this issue is so interesting to me and i really wanna dive deeper into it to get to the roots of chinese medicine and buddism. Generally speaking i think that in asian countries people have more holistic vision of the world and that's really inspires me to learn more about it ♡

      you know i was wondering about that recently because i experience really high frequency in myself but what happens really often to me is after period of really high vibrations appears some kind of burn out for a while.. i think it's like that: we suppose to keep our system warm but not put it on fire 🙂 so i think balance is key in everything 😄

    Thank you for this video! 💗I’ve been eating a lot of sugar lately and I feel like I’m in a endless loop of cravings. I always feel so low after I eat it. I feel it lowers my vibration.
    I’m starting to meditate and use crystals as well as listening to soothing music with sounds of nature, to help me connect with Mother Nature!

    You may be onto something! Every since I started doing yoga/breathing exercises at least 30 mins/day, becoming vegetarian, meditating 10 mins/day, being out in nature, practicing some self care, etc etc., I have noticed I rarely get sick... 😊

      I created a playlist with songs that make me really happy to raise my vibrations! It ties in with dancing, it's music that make me smile and dance. When I feel low I turn it on, and instantly feel better!

    But please be aware that you are reaching a huge amount of people and have a lot of power. Please research your topics thoroughly, especially topics like these. As you gave a lot of useful tipps in your last videos, a lot of your fans obviously believe everything without questioning. And be sure this is not to bring you down or ruin your vibrations. I think questioning things and keeping a critical mind is extremely important in life. Maybe you should do a video on that :)
